Railway Hotel (Town Centre, HYDE)

The Railway Hotel c.1950

The Railway Hotel was built around 1860 shortly after completion of the railway station in Hyde. It was situated at the bottom of Simpson Street at the junction with Cross Street. In the early 80s it changed its name to the "Ten Houses" and closed in 1987. The former Railway Hotel is now mixed commercial units.
