| The Bay Horse c.1950 |
The Bay Horse Hotel was a Robinsons pub situated on the roundabout where Talbot Road meets Victoria Street. It was built in the 1930s and replaced a smaller inn by the same name that dated back to at least 1898. This inn was located on the opposite side of Victoria Street. The pub had an extension built onto it side in 2005 but the Bay Horse closed early in 2012 and is unlikely to reopen as a pub since all signage has now been removed.
